Matt is real estate investor and attorney residing in the Franklin, Tennessee area with his wife and two young sons. 

Matt’s legal career has focused on representing real estate professionals, investors, developers, and high-level operators in connection with breach of contract and tort disputes related to real estate and construction. 

Matt is also a real estate investor with approximately $25M of assets under management consisting primarily of multifamily and office space in Tennessee. 

Matt prides himself on exploring and negotiating seller-financing, sub-to, and other creative deal structures. Matt’s extensive experience with real estate and business ownership provides him with a unique risk-management perspective and background when it comes to representing real estate and construction clients. He recently acquired an HVAC company in Tampa, Florida.

Matt is involved in the local real estate investor community, including REIN, Entrepreneur Organization Nashville (EO), and is the local chapter leader for GoBundance.

Matt has a unique talent for creative deal structuring, negotiations, simplifying complex problems, and appropriately assessing risk in the real work. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, mentoring/coaching those aspiring to financial freedom, learning about real estate and business, collecting basketball cards, a good cigar, and spending time outdoors.
