As the firm’s Intake Paralegal, Crystal Santi is often the first point of contact for individuals, business owners, contractors, developers, and other professionals seeking legal guidance. Brining more than 22 years of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal, Crystal combines extensive legal knowledge with a warm, personable approach to helping prospective clients.
Crystal works closely with prospective clients to understand the legal issues they are facing and gather the information necessary to determine whether Anderson Legal PLLC is the right fit for their needs. She handles initial inquiries, conducts detailed intake conversations, coordinates consultations, follows up with prospective clients, and helps ensure that important information is organized and communicated effectively to the legal team.
With Anderson Legal’s focus on business, construction, real estate, and commercial matters, Crystal understands that clients often reach out during important or challenging moments—whether they are dealing with a business dispute, contract issue, construction matter, real estate transaction, or another legal concern. Her goal is to make the first step in the legal process clear, efficient, and comfortable while helping each prospective client feel heard and respected.
Crystal’s extensive legal experience, strong communication skills, and genuine ability to connect with people make her an important part of the firm’s client experience. She takes pride in helping clients navigate the initial stages of seeking legal counsel and making sure they understand what to expect as they move forward.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with family and friends and giving back to her community. Along with friends, she helps organize fundraising events throughout the year benefiting nonprofit organizations, including Gilda’s Club, Toys for Tots, and Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.

Taylor Anderson
Director of Operations & Finance
Taylor brings a unique blend of organizational expertise, business acumen, and legal industry experience to her work at Anderson Legal PLLC. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2014 and completed her MBA at Tennessee Technological University in 2017.
Taylor began her career as a bedside nurse and later worked in home healthcare administration, gaining valuable skills in client care, organization, and leadership. From 2020 to 2023, she served as Vice President and Managing Partner of Toro Title, LLC, where she further developed her management, operational, and real estate strengths.
Taylor has been investing in real estate projects since 2016 and more recently business mergers & acquisitions. She has assisted her husband, Matt, as a paralegal on and off since 2020. She now plays an integral role at Anderson Legal, PLLC, overseeing hiring, firm administration, financial health, and marketing initiatives. Her diverse professional background allows her to support the firm with both strategic insight and practical problem-solving.
When she’s not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with her two boys, running, home improvement projects, puzzles, all things true crime, and watching a good documentary.
